Good afternoon, Sigourney residents. It has been an extremely rainy month of July, and we all understand that the grass is growing like crazy. We would like to remind everyone that blowing the grass clippings in the streets is not allowed. In the month of July, the Code Enforcement officer has either sent letters or talked with 46 Homeowners or tenants because of grass clippings being in the streets.
